Pay Rate
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday through Friday (Hours may vary)

Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities
- Fix leaks, repair drywall, mend doors/windows, paint walls, repair plaster, and perform minor carpentry.
- Assembling/disassembling equipment and furniture.
- Conduct routine inspections and minor repairs on PIT’s, .
- Maintaining landscape.
- Following all safety rules and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications and Requirements
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems.
- Ability to comprehend written and /or verbal instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
