As the Call Center Supervisor, you will support and lead a state-wide customer service and contact center which will assist with questions about Maryland Medicaid and related programs. Team-oriented, professional candidates must possess knowledge of health care, managed care, eligibility and low-income populations. Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum three years’ experience in a direct call center supervisory position with demonstrated skills in coaching and staff development required.
- Minimum of two years’ experience with call center operations required.
- Strong PC proficiency (i.e., Microsoft Excel) required.
- Associate degree preferred and/or equivalent job-related experience/training.
- Bilingual language skills (i.e., Spanish) a plus.
