At Auto Direct Sales & Service in Zebulon, NC, we are looking for 2 driven, career-minded sales professionals who want an opportunity to build a high-income career in automotive sales.
You do not need prior automotive experience to succeed here.
If you have been successful in retail sales, furniture, wireless, insurance, hospitality, call center sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles, we will train the right person.
We are looking for someone who is energetic, coachable, confident with customers, and motivated to earn.
This is a full-time in-person sales opportunity with strong traffic, consistent leads, and a clear path for career growth.

What you’ll do
- greet and assist customers in the showroom
- help customers select the right vehicle for their needs
- conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- follow up with internet leads, phone ups, and unsold traffic
- maintain CRM notes and customer communication
- build relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- work closely with management and finance to help customers get approved

- comfortable using phone, text, email, and CRM systems

Compensation
$60,000–$120,000 per year
