What you’ll do
- assist customers in selecting the right vehicle
- manage internet leads and phone ups
- set and confirm appointments
- conduct test drives and vehicle walkarounds
- maintain CRM follow-up and detailed notes
- work lender and finance approval opportunities
- build referral and repeat business
- consistently follow up with unsold traffic
What we’re looking for
- automotive sales experience preferred
- strong customer-facing sales background considered
- subprime finance experience strongly preferred
- motivated closer with strong follow-up discipline
- confident communicator in person, phone, and text
- strong CRM and technology skills
- valid driver’s license
Compensation
$60,000–$120,000 annually
Base commission bonuses volume incentives
