What You'll Do: This is a high-activity, field-based sales position covering a large, diverse territory across Northern Colorado. You’ll be in the market Monday–Friday, walking into restaurants, shaking hands, introducing Auto-Chlor, and showing prospects how we can solve problems they deal with every single day.
You Will
- Make 20–30 in-person cold calls per day
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business in an open territory
- Lease our dish washing machines, our cleaning systems, and service programs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from first conversation to signed agreement
- Build a strong prospect pipeline
- Partner with service and installation teams to ensure new accounts launch successfully
- Take full ownership of your territory, activity levels, and results
- Represent a family-owned business known for quality service, and long-term customer relationships
What You Bring
- High energy, competitive, and self-driven
- Comfortable walking into businesses without appointments
- Strong people skills and confidence speaking with owners and managers
- Disciplined with time, activity, and follow-up
- Great with people, connecting with them, and earning their trust
- Comfortable covering a large geographic territory
- Valid driver’s license
- $40,000 base salary
- Generous, uncapped commission
- Top performers earn $90,000–$150,000 annually (base commission)
