Route Service and Sales Technician

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Service & Sales Technician for our Golden Valley, MN location. For over 80 years, we’ve built our reputation on reliable service and quality products. We’re looking for people ready to work independently, use their hands, and build lasting customer relationships.

• Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) with overtime and on-call opportunities.
• $22-$23/hr starting pay, with overtime opportunities. Estimated yearly between $60,000-$65,000

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving a company van safely to customer locations.
• Performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Restocking solutions, collecting payments and suggesting additional products when appropriate.
• Participating in an on-call rotation.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude – comfort with tools and basic repairs.
• Growth & Learning Focus - Willingness to learn and confidence to apply training when working independently managing your own route.
• Customer service & sales mindset – ability to build relationships and recommend additional products.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Ability to complete a background check, MVR, and drug screen.
