Automotive Assistant Manager / Service Advisor

Kezar Automotive, part of the Auto Care Plus family, is looking for an Assistant Manager / Service Advisor to join our team in Chichester, NH. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor or automotive professional who enjoys working with customers, supporting technicians, and taking on additional leadership responsibility.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be a key part of the day-to-day operation of the shop. You'll work closely with the Store Manager, our technicians, and our customers to make sure we deliver a great experience from the first phone call through vehicle pickup.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers and help them understand their vehicle's service and repair needs
• Build estimates, present recommendations, and obtain customer authorization
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Schedule appointments and help manage the daily workflow of the shop
• Communicate effectively with technicians to keep jobs moving
• Help prioritize work and maintain an organized, productive environment
• Support the Store Manager with daily operations and step in where needed
• Build long-term relationships with customers through honesty, communication, and great service
• Help create a positive, team-first atmosphere for both employees and customers

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong customer service skills with leadership potential.

The ideal candidate:

• Has automotive Service Advisor, Assistant Manager, or similar experience
• Has experience using RO Writer (Preferred)
• Is confident talking with customers and explaining repairs in an easy-to-understand way
• Has strong communication and organizational skills
• Can comfortably handle phones, scheduling, estimates, customer updates, and multiple priorities
• Understands the importance of customer retention and building trust
• Works well with technicians and understands how to help manage shop workflow
• Is dependable, positive, and willing to jump in wherever needed
• Wants an opportunity to grow into greater leadership responsibility
