Service Advisor / Service Manager

603 Motorwerks and Village Garage is opening our third location, and we're looking for a Service Advisor or Service Manager who wants to help build a successful company.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in a growing company, help build the culture and grow into larger leadership opportunities as we continue to expand.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns
• Build accurate estimates and explain repairs clearly
• Schedule appointments and manage workflow
• Communicate between technicians and customers
• Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
• Help lead daily shop operations and support the team
• Assist in growing the business through excellent service and customer retention

Qualifications

• Automotive service advisor or management experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using shop management software
• Positive leadership attitude

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
