What You'll Do:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Fall River location
• Coach, develop, and motivate Service Advisors and Technicians
• Create a positive, accountable, team-oriented shop culture
• Drive sales, profitability, productivity, and overall shop performance
• Monitor key performance indicators including sales, car count, ARO, labor productivity, and customer experience
• Ensure customers receive honest, professional, and consistent service
• Support Service Advisors with repair recommendations, estimates, and customer communication
• Oversee workflow and help maximize technician productivity
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and participate in hiring and team development
• Build lasting relationships with customers and help grow repeat and referral business
• Ensure the shop maintains high standards for safety, cleanliness, organization, and quality
• Work closely with company leadership to identify opportunities for continued growth

Qualifications:

• 3 years of automotive service management or leadership experience preferred
• RO Writer experience preferred
• Strong understanding of automotive repair shop operations
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Experience managing shop performance and key metrics
• Ability to build trust with both customers and employees
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment
• Bilingual applicants are welcome
