What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper/Property Manager position at Auto Body?
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties
- Manage tenant relations, including addressing concerns and resolving issues
- Coordinate and supervise property maintenance and repairs
- Reconcile Bank Statements and other schedules
- Monitor rent collection and delinquencies
- Prepare financial reports and statements for properties
- Lease agreements and renewals
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Property Management or Bookkeeping
- Detail oriented problem solver with important organizational skills
- Experience with account reconciliation and financial reporting is preferred
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online accounting software is a plus
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent 10-key typing skills
- Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable experience is a plus
