Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to successfully pass a background check
• Eligibility to take the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam
• Strong interest in behavioral health, mental health, or related fields
• Willingness to complete required online training modules
• Prior RBT certification or related experience is preferred but not required

Job Responsibilities

• Support behavior analysts by preparing materials and setting up structured learning environments
• Collect accurate data and maintain detailed records of client progress and goals
• Assist in conducting behavioral assessments
• Deliver individualized and small-group interventions
• Communicate observations and progress updates with supervisors, families, and team members
• Actively participate in team meetings, offering feedback to enhance outcomes
• Consistently implement individualized treatment plans and follow established protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
