What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age of 18
- Successful completion of a background check
- Motivation to pursue the certification board examination
- Genuine passion for the mental health field and a commitment to professional growth
- Willingness to complete organization-provided online training
- Previous experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or in a related role is preferred but not required
Your Role
- Collaborate with behavior analysts to prepare teaching materials and maintain structured learning environments
- Accurately collect and document data to support individualized treatment plans
- Assist in conducting behavioral assessments under supervision
- Provide one-on-one and small-group behavior therapy sessions
- Communicate client progress and observations to caregivers and team members under supervisory guidance
- Participate actively in team meetings and offer constructive feedback to enhance intervention strategies
- Consistently implement individualized treatment plans, following established procedures and evidence-based best practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
