What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one support to children using individualized behavior plans
- Help children build communication, social, play, and daily living skills
- Implement skill-building programs under the guidance of a BCBA
- Collect and record data to monitor each child’s progress
- Support children during both structured learning and play-based activities
- Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and other team members
- Communicate professionally with families, supervisors, and coworkers
- Maintain ethical, professional, and clinical standards in all interactions
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass required background screening
- Willingness to complete the 40-hour training required for RBT certification
- Interest in child development, psychology, education, ABA, or human services
- Reliable, patient, compassionate, and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team
Preferred, But Not Required
- Previous experience working with children
- Prior RBT certification
- Previous exposure to ABA therapy or behavioral health services
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
