What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one support to children using individualized behavior plans
• Help children build communication, social, play, and daily living skills
• Implement skill-building programs under the guidance of a BCBA
• Collect and record data to monitor each child’s progress
• Support children during both structured learning and play-based activities
• Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and other team members
• Communicate professionally with families, supervisors, and coworkers
• Maintain ethical, professional, and clinical standards in all interactions

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to pass required background screening
• Willingness to complete the 40-hour training required for RBT certification
• Interest in child development, psychology, education, ABA, or human services
• Reliable, patient, compassionate, and eager to learn
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work well as part of a team

Preferred, But Not Required

• Previous experience working with children
• Prior RBT certification
• Previous exposure to ABA therapy or behavioral health services

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
