Position Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass required background screenings
- Eligible to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Passion for working with children and supporting their development
- Previous experience with children is helpful but not required
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills
- Implement individualized learning and behavior programs under BCBA supervision
- Create positive and engaging learning experiences
- Track and document progress toward developmental goals
- Collaborate with supervisors, families, and team members
- Maintain a safe, clean, supportive, and structured environment
- Participate in ongoing training and professional growth opportunities

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
