$80,000 – $140,000 per year
Uncapped Commission Residual Income

This role offers strong earning potential through an uncapped commission structure, monthly bonuses, and residual income

What You’ll Do

  • Build relationships with business owners and HR leaders
  • Present customized supplemental benefit solutions
  • Prospect and grow accounts within your assigned territory
  • Participate in ongoing paid training and team meetings
  • Manage your schedule with flexibility and independence
