Territory Sales Manager – Myrtle Beach, NC | HVAC Distribution | $75,000-$105,000 basic salary uncapped bonus/commission potential LTIP
Seven Executive is proud to be exclusively partnered with a PE-backed, high-growth HVAC distribution business, seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Manager to own and drive growth across the Myrtle Beach market and surrounding territory in SC after a recent opening of a new showroom and warehouse.
This is a critical, individual contributor sales role with full responsibility for developing and growing a defined territory- selling directly to residential HVAC contractors and installers. You will also have the benefit of working alongside the founder of the business who has scaled a family business from zero to $40m and now have Private Equity backing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own Your Territory – Manage, grow, and optimize the Fayetteville territory. Identify new business opportunities while expanding relationships with current HVAC contractors and dealer partners.
- Execute a Growth-Focused Sales Strategy – Drive volume, margin, and customer loyalty by implementing structured outbound efforts, regular customer visits, and tailored solutions.
- Be a Local Market Leader – Establish yourself as the go-to sales partner for residential HVAC customers. Represent a growing brand that prioritizes service, speed, and reliability.
- Partner Internally – Collaborate closely with inside sales, counter staff, and regional management to deliver best-in-class customer service and timely solutions.
- Capture Market Share – Leverage the organization’s expanding footprint and operational investments to win new business in an increasingly competitive market.

- Territory Sales Expertise – Proven success in an outside sales or account management role, ideally within HVAC/R, plumbing, building products, or wholesale distribution or other related sales fields.
