MARKETING & MLS COORDINATOR
Full-time | On-site | Oklahoma City Metro
Authentic Custom Homes is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing & MLS Coordinator to join our team.
This person will manage our MLS listings, website updates, social media, and day-to-day marketing activities. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys creating content, and understands how good marketing helps generate traffic and sell homes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Enter and maintain accurate MLS listings for available homes.
- Update pricing, incentives, photos, descriptions, completion dates, and availability.
- Keep our website's available homes, floor plans, and neighborhood information current.
- Manage listings on Zillow, Realtor.com, NewHomeSource, and similar websites.
- Manage our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts.
- Create posts, Reels, short videos, home tours, and community updates.
- Visit homes and neighborhoods to gather photos and video content.
- Create flyers, email campaigns, and other sales and marketing materials.
- Help promote available homes, new communities, model homes, incentives, and events.
- Work closely with our sales team and outside marketing partners.
- Monitor online leads, social-media activity, and marketing performance.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience creating social-media content and short-form video.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Comfort learning new software and online platforms.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is preferred.
- MLS, real estate, or homebuilding experience is strongly preferred.
- A related degree is preferred, but relevant experience may be substituted.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
POSITION DETAILS
- Full-time, on-site position in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area.
- Typical schedule is Monday through Friday.
- Occasional evening or weekend availability may be needed for events or content creation.
- Compensation is based on experience.
