Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide comprehensive patient care to seniors, including assessment and monitoring of vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments, including IV insertion and tube feeding, while ensuring adherence to established protocols.
- Provide direct patient care, including catheterization, tube feeding, and IV infusion as needed.
- Maintain and utilize accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
