12 Hour Shifts-7p-7:30a; Night Shift
Work 3 Days a week to be considered full-time and receive full-time benefits!
Every Other Weekend scheduled off
Applicants must be an LPN, licensed in Ohio and pass a pre-employment background check.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Administer medications and treatments, including IV insertion and tube feeding, while ensuring adherence to established protocols.
Provide direct patient care, including catheterization, tube feeding, and IV infusion as needed.
Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health.
Maintain and utilize accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
LPN: 1 year (Preferred)
LTC/Rehab: 1 year (Preferred)
LPN License: (Required)
