Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Monitor and document residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Ensure a safe and clean living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Facilitate social activities and promote resident engagement within the community.
- Deliver meals to residents as needed.
- Follow facility policies and procedures
- Abide by infection control guidelines
- Interact with residents, families, and staff on a daily basis
- Help make residents feel at home in their new environment
