What You'll Be Doing

As an Outside Roofing Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for developing relationships with homeowners, identifying roofing opportunities, and helping customers navigate the roof replacement or repair process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Generating new business through company-provided leads, door-to-door prospecting, referrals, networking, and other sales channels.
• Scheduling and conducting complimentary residential roof inspections.
• Identifying roofing concerns and presenting appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
• Educating homeowners about roofing materials, installation options, and the restoration process.
• Meeting with insurance adjusters when appropriate to review documented property damage and repair scopes.
• Preparing and presenting proposals, following up with prospects, and closing sales.
• Maintaining consistent communication with homeowners throughout the sales and installation process.
• Developing a strong referral network and generating repeat business.
• Occasionally traveling to nearby storm-affected communities to pursue additional sales opportunities.

Your income is directly tied to your ability to generate opportunities, build trust, and close deals.

Who We're Looking For
