As the Production Superintendent, you will:

• Lead, mentor, and develop production supervisors, ensuring they have the tools and confidence to succeed.
• Drive production performance and ensure plant goals are consistently achieved.
• Manage departmental budgets with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Promote a strong safety culture and champion ongoing process improvements across the operation.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in wood manufacturing; green end experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and computer skills.
• A team‑builder who knows how to motivate, engage, and elevate performance.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
