What You’ll Do
As an Applications Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our heat‑transfer product lines and helping customers select the right solutions for their unique applications. In this role, you will:
- Serve as a technical resource for our equipment, supporting both field sales reps and direct house accounts.
- Provide technical and commercial assistance to build relationships with other groups like sales & marketing.
- Assist with the selection and application of steam, refrigerant, and glycol‑based heat transfer products.
- Apply foundational heat transfer principles to help guide customers’ engineering decisions.
- Participate in reviews for large or unique applications requiring advanced engineering or production considerations.
- Provide information for submittal and production drawings, ensuring alignment with manufacturing capabilities.
- Assist with quality issue resolution and provide technical clarity to production leaders.
- Support product development and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites and industry trade shows.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Strong communication skills and customer‑facing professionalism
- Working knowledge of heat transfer principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & some experience with MathCad, SAP

- CRN, UL, or other compliance programs.
