Full-Time Certified Reporting Specialist (On-Site)

Required Experience:
- 2 years of payroll processing experience
- 1 Certified Payroll Reporting (DIR, LCPtracker, eMars)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of DAS 140/142, Fringe Benefits
Preferred Qualifications:
- Union construction payroll experience
- Accounting education or a relevant degree
- Experience with OCIP/CCIP reporting
- Familiarity with ProContractor or Foundation Software
- T&M Invoicing and lien documentation experience
Core Responsibilities:
- Weekly Certified Payroll Submission (50 reports/week)
- Manual Timecard Data Entry (moving toward full digital soon)
- OCIP/CCIP monthly reports
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Bank deposits and payment processing
- Support in audit preparation and reporting
Skills & Attributes:

- Familiarity with public works project requirements
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
