We are seeking a qualified Assembler/Painter in the machine shop on 1st shift at our headquarters facility located in Pacific, Missouri.
- 1st Shift is from 7am - 4pm Monday through Friday.
- Overtime and weekend work may be required or asked as job duties demand.
Job Description:
While working to assemble and/or paint parts you will be responsible for the final steps of operation before the part is sent to shipping, including but not limited to:
· Assemble parts using blueprints
· Install inserts to finished parts
· Apply finishing touches such as deburring, stamping, painting, and gluing
· Assist in packaging and building crates as needed
· Maintain accurate stock
· Properly identify, mix, and apply various industrial coatings
Required Knowledge and Skills:
· Must possess basic computer operation skills
· Ability to complete basic math and read a tape measure
· Some manufacturing experience
· Experience using painting equipment
· Great attention to detail is a MUST
· Ability to meticulously follow steps and ensure quality
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
· Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours
· Ability to bend and squat
· Ability to pull/push up to 80 lbs.
