lab operating in our newest manufacturing facility in Pacific, Missouri, across the street from our headquarters.
Potential candidates need not have extensive experience in quality inspection if they have good math, problem solving
and computer skills and a reputation for reliability and work ethic. We will train you in the inspection processes, but if you
already have experience in reading technical drawings, using inspection gauges, geometric dimensioning and
tolerancing and even experience operating or programming a CMM (coordinate measuring machine), then you will have
an even higher starting pay and greater potential for growth in a fast-growing organization.

Schedule:
- 1st Shift hours are from 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday
- 2nd Shift hours are from 3:00pm - 1:30am, Monday through Thursday
Job Description:
- Understand quality and production within company specifications, goals, and objectives.
- Comply with all safety and environmental rules and regulations; comply with internal ATI practices.
- Support all 6S and lean initiatives.
- Have a basic understanding of an ERP system.
- Interpret technical drawings.
- Inspect parts and determine whether they meet specifications throughout production and upon completion by
- using various quality gauges.
- Complete material certs for shipments.
- Recommend modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of
- equipment capability.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of organizational flow within the company and inspection procedures
- Ability to work with a team
- Ability to interpret standard and metric drawings
- Ability to understand 1st and 3rd angle projection
- Ability to read calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other quality gauges effectively
- Basic understanding of gauge calibration
- Ability to understand and complete basic geometry and algebra
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to deal with problems and make decisions involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Physical Requirements:
- Must be able up to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to sit, stand or walk for up to eight hours
- Ability to bend and squat
- Ability to pass a yearly vision test
