Role Description
Our client are seeking an autonomous, technically skilled, and customer-focused Technical Sale Engineer / Application Specialist to join their Product sales team. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between technology, customers, and commercial success, helping drive the adoption of world-leading robotic and inspection solutions across multiple industries.
About the Role
As a Technical Sale Engineer / Application Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the sales and technical teams, helping clients implement technology and achieve measurable outcomes. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, troubleshooting technical challenges, performing demonstrations and PoC’s, and delivering training to clients and partners.
This role requires strong autonomy, a hands-on approach, and a genuine commitment to customer success. You’ll work closely with Sales Team, acting as a primary technical sales resource and ensuring our solutions deliver value as part of the sale team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a sales opportunity pipeline focused on the OEM product lines.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot for all customer inquiries with prospect's information, sales contacts, meeting minutes, and tasks such that the forecast accurately reflets the opportunity funnel at all times.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and solutions
- Maintain and develop both existing and new customers, optimizing the quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts and trials in the field with all production lines.
- Develop detailed proposals, technical presentations, and ROI analyses for prospective clients.
- Support post-sale integration by liaising between customers and technical teams to ensure successful deployment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Core Competencies:
- Engineering degree or trade certificated preferred
- Strong negotiation, relationship building and influencing skills.
- Advanced creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business sense, team-player and results oriented.
- Effective and strong presentations and communication skills with the ability to communicate with Senior leaders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Brings energy and a commitment to exceeding expectations from day one on KPI targets.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for the sales team during the pre-sales process.
- Be the conduit between sales and engineering -Provide feedback to internal teams on customer requirements and market trends.
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions
- Track record of closing complex technical sales opportunities.

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
