Position Overview
We are seeking a Production Assembler I to perform precision mechanical and electromechanical assembly in a controlled manufacturing environment. This role involves working with small components, following detailed instructions, and ensuring high-quality assembly standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and shop traveler route cards
- Assemble precision parts such as ceramic boards, crystals, pins, and fine wires using microscopes and tweezers
- Align, adjust, and solder fine wires to components
- Bond and seal assemblies using epoxies and heat-based processes
- Conduct basic in-process testing to ensure product quality
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain consistent attendance and support overtime or weekend work as needed
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of assembly experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Strong communication skills
- Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
Preferred Qualifications
- Aerospace manufacturing experience
- Sewing or fine-detail assembly experience
- Basic troubleshooting skills
