Job Overview:
We are seeking an HR Generalist Admin Support professional to assist with day-to-day human resources operations, onboarding activities, employee support, and recruitment coordination. This role is ideal for candidates with prior HR or administrative experience who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support onboarding and new hire orientation activities
• Prepare orientation materials and coordinate employee training sessions
• Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information and records
• Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
• Support hiring and onboarding processes for new employees
• Coordinate HR meetings, employee engagement activities, and company events
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and administrative records
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of HR or administrative support experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience working with HR information systems and HR-related software
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous Human Resources support experience preferred
• Familiarity with payroll systems and HR software is a plus
• Experience supporting onboarding, recruiting, or employee relations activities preferred
