Qualifications & Skills
- Associates degree in Nursing and active RN license (Washington or Compact)
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS; PALS within 6 months
- Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Experience in ambulatory, primary, case management, or emergency nursing preferred
- Additional certifications like BSN or PALS are preferred
- Assess and develop individualized patient care plans
- Provide emergent and urgent care, prioritize patient needs, and collaborate with team members
- Educate patients and families, promoting health and wellness
- Ensure safety, infection control, and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing education, research, and quality assurance activities
