- At least one year of recent experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- NBRC RRT credential
- Valid state licensed respiratory therapy license
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS or PALS certification
- Additional certifications as required
- Critical thinking and interpersonal communication
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and PC use
- Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients
- Effective teamwork and professionalism
- Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail
- Collaborating on treatment plans
