Travel Physical Therapist - Full-Time

Role Overview: The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing individualized rehabilitation plans for patients requiring therapy services.

• Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient evaluations, establish treatment goals, provide skilled interventions, and document progress. Collaborate with healthcare teams to plan and modify care, educate patients and families, and ensure effective recovery outcomes.
• Qualifications: Hold a Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, pass the NPTE, possess current state licensure, and have at least one year of experience. CPR certification is required.
• Skills & Competencies: Strong assessment and documentation abilities, collaborative teamwork, patient education, and adherence to physician directives.
  
  

Additional Duties: Develop and manage treatment plans, evaluate patient needs, and adjust interventions to meet therapy goals while ensuring safety and compliance with healthcare standards.
