Role: Travel NICU RN responsible for providing specialized neonatal intensive care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities: Care for a variety of neonatal patients, from stable feeders to critical level 3 cases, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Float to assist in other units as needed, adhering to unit protocols and maintaining appropriate patient ratios.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid RN licensure, NICU level 3 experience, 2 years of clinical experience, and certifications in ACLS, BLS, NRP, and STABLE. Proficiency with EMR systems (Cerner) and ability to work 12-hour evening shifts. Must be greater than 50 miles from the facility and include required licenses and certifications in application.
Key Duties: Deliver high-quality neonatal care, collaborate with healthcare team, and adapt to floating requirements. Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
