- Providing timely and efficient utilization review and case management services.
- Assessing social and physical factors affecting patient discharge and utilizing community resources to meet post-discharge needs.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum of three years clinical experience, with two years in utilization review, management, or case management preferred.
- Current Nevada RN license.
- Proficiency in computer applications including word processing and data management.
- Knowledge of patient discharge factors and community resources.
- Ability to provide age-appropriate care and services.
