- Utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to support patients' health journeys.
- Take responsibility, authority, and accountability for care management and delivery.
- Provide exceptional patient experiences and foster teamwork, engagement, and community involvement.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and a safe environment following ‘First Do No Harm’ principles.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current valid North Carolina or Multi-State/Compact nursing license.
- Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing and at least one year of relevant experience.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality care, and patient satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment.
