Qualifications And Skills
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing program
- Current RN license in the applicable state
- 3-5 years hospital nursing experience
- Healthcare Provider card or completion within probation
- Certifications such as TNCC, ACLS/ALS, ENPC, or PALS preferred
- Strong communication, clinical competence, and data assessment skills
- Ability to mentor and lead change effectively
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing
