Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a full-time primary care physician to manage a diverse patient panel, providing acute, chronic, and wellness visits both in-office and via telehealth. Responsibilities include conducting in-office procedures, collaborating with in-person and virtual teams through daily huddles, and supervising NP or PA colleagues. The role requires ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and other modalities. Candidates should be board certified or eligible in Internal or Family Medicine, with at least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience, and licensed in Washington, DC. Strong communication skills, clinical proficiency, adaptability, and a passion for human-centered care are essential. The position is based at our Union Station office, with a competitive salary range of $253,200 to $302,700, and comprehensive benefits including paid time off, health plans, retirement contributions, CME stipend, malpractice coverage, and more.
