Qualifications: Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state, with transfer of compact licenses within 90 days if applicable. Current CPR certification and TB test within the last 12 months are required. Six months of hands-on nursing experience is preferred. Reliable transportation is necessary.
