Role & Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered family medicine care in a community-focused environment
- Manage a manageable panel of 21-22 patients daily with scheduled 40-minute new and 20-minute follow-up appointments
- Utilize scribe services to streamline documentation
- Collaborate with a comprehensive support team including RN/LPN, social workers, behavioral health, and pharmacy
- Enjoy flexible Monday–Friday schedules, with some locations offering a 4-day workweek
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with family medicine certification or relevant experience
- Strong communication, compassionate patient care, and teamwork skills
