- Supervise Nurse Practitioners and physicians
- Collaborate with staff, providers, and patients to deliver quality care
- Offer guidance, training, and enforce clinical standards and protocols
- Address performance issues and ensure corrective actions
- Participate in patient care as needed and occasional out-of-state travel
- Utilize EHR systems, Word, and Excel efficiently
- Board Certified in Addiction Medicine or Psychiatry (preferred)
- Active Medical License and DEA Registration in OH
- Experience supervising advanced practice providers is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with clinical software and basic office tools
- 10–15 hours per week, with schedule determined collaboratively
- Hybrid role requiring onsite presence as needed during business hours
- Compensation starting at $150/hour, with potential increases based on experience
