Responsibilities
- Manage staff schedules, conduct evaluations, and oversee onboarding and training
- Handle payroll, supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and service calls
- Assist in performing interventional and diagnostic procedures, ensuring safety and quality standards
- Maintain documentation, monitor patient reactions, and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Ensure proficiency in RIS and PACS systems, optimize workflows, and oversee staff training
- Completion of a two-year Radiologic Technology program and ARRT(R) certification
- State Medical Imaging License and minimum of 3 years radiology experience
- Leadership experience and strong knowledge of radiology workflows and imaging systems
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree, ARRT(VI) certification, and interventional radiology experience
