- Providing excellent patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education.
- Leading clinic staff and ensuring adherence to protocols and quality standards.
- Managing patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic results to develop appropriate care plans.
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and following clinical guidelines.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations like HIPAA, maintaining accurate documentation, and participating in team meetings.
- Engaging with leadership to improve patient experience and supporting new employee onboarding and training.
- Communicating effectively via virtual and in-person channels and maintaining a compassionate, welcoming environment.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS).
- Active licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with DEA and DOT certifications as required.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, with proficiency in telehealth being advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, adapt to new technologies, and collaborate effectively.
