We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive execution across critical initiatives. This role requires a deep technical understanding, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to align multiple teams towards strategic goals.
As a Sr. TPM at Auger, you will work closely with leadership and other key stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver high-impact projects. You will bring structure to ambiguity, optimize processes, and ensure clear communication across teams and leadership. The base pay range for this role is $225,000 – $300,000 per year.

- Lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Work closely with engineers and architects to understand technical challenges, dependencies, and trade-offs.
- Collaborate with leadership across engineering, product, and business functions to align priorities and resolve roadblocks.
- Develop and refine processes that improve efficiency, scalability, and transparency across engineering and product teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure successful project execution.
- Define key success metrics and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and performance to leadership.
- Foster strong communication across teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- 6 years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams.
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Linear, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and program execution strategies.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to leadership and executive teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, running scrums, and software development lifecycle processes.
The base pay range for this role is $225,000 – $300,000 per year.
