Key Responsibilities
- Interface Design: Deliver polished, consumer-grade interfaces for complex workflows in Auger’s SaaS platform.
- Design Systems: Evolve and scale our design system to enable speed and consistency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with PMs, engineers, and other designers to rapidly move designs into production.
- User Research: Test and validate ideas with customers, using insights to refine workflows.
- High Standards: Ensure every pixel and interaction meets a best-in-class quality bar.
- 5–8 years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS or complex web platforms.
- Portfolio showcasing high-quality design executed at speed.
- Fluency with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong grasp of user-centered design, information architecture, and scalable systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable designing in a fast-moving startup where speed-to-build is as important as polish.
