We are currently seeking a full-time Accounting Associate for our West Jordan, UT location.
This role oversees the ultimate approval of all abacus expenses, collaborating with card users and managers for prompt and accurate submissions. Additionally, it involves assisting in exporting and loading reports into SAP.
Duties Include
Wage is negotiable based on skill level and experience. This role oversees the ultimate approval of all abacus expenses, collaborating with card users and managers for prompt and accurate submissions. Additionally, it involves assisting in exporting and loading reports into SAP.
Duties Include
- Process coding transactions on Abacus with precision.
- Extract various reports and seamlessly input them into SAP.
- Understand and approve correct coding for financial transactions.
- Following up on exchange return orders.
- Communicating with internal and external customers.
- Proactively track and manage equipment returns.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office. SAP experience is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Exceptional proficiency in Excel
- Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication.
- Proficient in conducting research with minimal assistance.
- Experience with Monday.com is a plus.
