Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring each client feels valued and understood
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Manage client accounts efficiently by accurately entering data into our systems using Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships
- Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions or products
- Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, maintaining secure cash handling procedures
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and client information for analysis and reporting purposes
Qualifications
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Proven experience in customer service, call centers, or client support roles is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently over the phone and in writing
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills required for data entry and record keeping
- Experience with outbound calling, sales techniques, or upselling is a plus
