What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Leeds Professional Resources?
Leeds Professional Resources is working with one of our favorite clients in the Tampa 33619 area that is in need of a customer support specialist to join their growing team. The candidate we are looking for must have experience gathering information and entering it into a database with accuracy.
•Must have at least 2 years of customer support in the healthcare industry with a degree - if no degree at least 4 years of Medicaid experience needed
•Must be able to type 55 words per minute, accurately.
•Bilingual - English/Spanish (preferred)
This position is a contract to hire, so as long as everything goes well during the contract, this will turn into a permanent position
