- Management of day to day accounting
- AIA filings
- Project & construction accounting
- Oversight of accounts payable and accounts receivables
- Manage staff accountant
- Various related responsibilities
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree is required. Must have Yardi
- 4 years of experience as a project accountant for real estate commercial properties
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient with MS Office
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
