Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time | 12 hour Shift 5p-5a

What We Offer
- Competitive Pay: $37-42/hour based on benefits chosen
- $4/HR NIGHT SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL
- Sign-On Bonus:
- $5/hour up to $10,000
- Respiratory Unit Bonus: Additional $1/hour
- Mileage Reimbursement: For commutes over 20 miles (up to 50 miles round trip)

Responsibilities:
- Deliver and coordinate patient care using the nursing process
- Ensure positive clinical outcomes and maintain compliance
- Supervise and support CNAs and QMAs
- Excellent documentation

Requirements
Requirements of the Registered Nurse:
- Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana (Compact Licenses Accepted)
- Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility preferred
- Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
Salary : $37 - $46
