Auburn Village in Auburn, IN, just 20 minutes north of Fort Wayne, has openings for Full & Part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) - FULL-TIME OPENING: 12 HOUR SHIFT ON NIGHTS (5P-5A)

Positions are available with 12-hour shifts. Perfect for work-life balance!

• LPNS EARN UP TO $36* plus SIGN-ON BONUS!! (BASED ON BENEFITS CHOSEN)
• $4 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL FOR NIGHT SHIFT!!
• ADDITIONAL $1 PER HOUR WHEN WORKING RESPIRATORY UNIT
• SIGN ON BONUSES ARE PAID OUT HOURLY UP TO THE MAX AMOUNT: $2.50 PER HOUR UP TO $5,000
• GET MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT FOR COMMUTES OVER 20 MILES ROUND TRIP (not more that 50 miles)!
• 6 MONTHS OF REIMBURSED INDIVIDUAL HEALTH INSURANCE PREMIUMS PAID AFTER ELIGIBILITY

• Responsible for the coordination and delivery of patient care and the application of the nursing process
• Accountable for clinical oversight and positive clinical outcomes
• Supervise and lead CNAs & QMAs

Requirements

Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensed in the State of Indiana; OR, Multi-state Compact License
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility preferred
• Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
• Exceptional critical thinking skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults

Salary : $30 - $36
